What happens if it doesn’t fit?
We have put a lot of effort into our size chart so it should work. However, on the off-chance it doesn’t, if we have your preferred size made up we can exchange, otherwise we can fill your order in a later run, assuming we reach our goal and continue on. If not, we will refund. We ask that you return at your own cost. It is not possible at present to offer exchanges on international orders

Can I return or exchange undies?
Sadly no, undies are final sale for hygiene reasons
Last updated: May 17, 2018 23:22
When will I pick my size?
When the campaign closes, we will send out a survey 1st week of May to all backers to select sizes for bras and undies
Last updated: May 17, 2018 23:22
Will you be doing other colours?
If we reach our goal, our stretch goals include new colours which we will share if and when we get there!
Last updated: May 17, 2018 23:22
Will you be extending the size range further?
We will assess demand through this campaign. If you are currently out of range then please do send us your size and if we do achieve our goal and keep going, we will work out which additional sizes we should be working on

What happens if you don't reach your goal?
We will be very sad. Apart from that, all monies are held by Kickstarter and all backers will be refunded within a few weeks of the end of the campaign

What is the bra made of?
The bra is made of 3 types of Lenzing fibre tencel, some of which include spandex for stretch. Straps are made from tree rubber elastic sourced from FSC plantations, and knitted and dyed in organic cotton. Metal is cadmium and nickel free. Sewing thread is a cradle 2 cradle Gold certified oil based polymer thread. The hooks and eyes and inner support liner are made from an organic hemp/cotton mix

Will it wash?
Yes, but like all delicate garments it should be washed on a delicate cycle and ideally line dried and no tumble drying please!
Last updated: May 17, 2018 23:22
How does the bra work on larger sizes?
We’ve fitted to 38/16E and find the bras offer enough support for day to day life. They aren’t jogging bras however and we do not recommend trampolining! The cups are reinforced with organic cotton and hemp for extra support. Our straps are wider and soft on the shoulder in the larger sizes, and the deep band offers anchorage and support

What size should I order?
We fit true to size with the major brands so we recommend you start with the size you wear now, we will also have a size chart available at he end of the campaign
Last updated: May 17, 2018 23:22
What happens if you exceed your goal?
We will keep making bras! We have a production window for August for the first 500 and after that we will make more October, assuming we get this far!

How long does it take to break down?
Tencel can compost in 6 weeks, the elastic and cotton will take longer, and the metals will take years, but they won’t leach poisons into the soil whilst they break down
Last updated: May 17, 2018 23:22
How long will it last?
Don’t be fooled by ‘compostable’! Our tencel is a premium, expensive product which is made to wash and wear for a long time if treated well. It should last as long as any other premium product depending on how often you wear it and how you look after it

Will all the money be going to production?
It will be going into materials and production, and hopefully into product development for some new lines
Last updated: May 17, 2018 23:22
Is this project entirely funded by donations?
It’s been expensive to get to this point, but I’ve had an angel investor help me with the costs of developing product, sampling and marketing to date

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
